I don't want to call it fasting because I'm just genuinely listening to my body and waiting until i get hungry later in the morning and then eating it. I've been feeling great doing this!⁣ ⁣ BREAKFAST- Blackberry and Apricot Overnight Oats, Recipe Coming later in the week.⁣ ⁣ LUNCH- Random Pumpkin, Beetroot & Feta Salad with a tin of Tuna⁣ ⁣ SNACKS- Fruit and Secret Ebook Snacks⁣ ⁣ DINNER- We have no fresh fish! Client spotlight! There’s a lot I can say about Darcy. She had just gotten done battling cancer when we started working together. She could barely do one push-up. She really couldn’t do a squat. She wasn’t happy with her belly she had. The two pictures you see are about 2 months apart and she has dropped about 10 pounds overall and lost 5.5 inches in her waist. Outside of the weight loss progress, she has been repping out push-ups, and she is doing squats with weight now! Not only that but she has been feeling overall so much better! She’s just a true testament of what hard work is. She has taken pretty much everything I’ve said and trusted me and just stuck to the process. last of the beach miles have me HURTING😅 • I got reeeeally beaten up by the waves yesterday when I was being a child in the water🤪 so everything just hurt today. Made a point to get out on my run though, and I’m glad I did! Although painful and slow, they were strong, and I can already tell a difference from my first beach run last week💪🏼 • Excited to get back home (finally) and figure out how to combat the 100°+ weather.
